Cat City Will Vote on STVRs in March
Cathedral City’s council passed a reasonable compromise ordinance in October 2020 to limit STVRs in residential areas that lack an HOA or similar organization. The ordinance still allows HOAs to have STVRs, and for other residents to home-share provided they remain on-site. Out-of-town real estate owners raised sufficient signatures to force Cathedral City Council to schedule a special election. More HERE
