Rancho Mirage Sued by Property Investors
In what is becoming a familiar situation throughout the country, Rancho Mirage residents pressed to take back control of their neighborhoods from Short-Term Vacation Rental investors. After the city council voted to limit STVRs to specific areas of the city, the industry is fighting back with a lawsuit alleging various violations of laws and rights.
