Cathedral City has seen a major increase in complaints about Short-Term Vacation Rentals, ahead of an election on whether to limit them in certain areas of the city. Voting YES on B will retain the new limits that the city council voted for. The ballot measure was triggered by mostly out of city wealthy real estate speculators who want to remove those restrictions. More HERE
