Cat. City Council Limits STVRs
After over a year of study, multiple public hearings, and many hours of debate, a second reading of a new ordinance limiting Short Term Vacation Rentals (STVRs) in residential zones was passed unanimously. The ordinance allows STVRs in any community controlled by an HOA or governed by CC&Rs that permit rentals less than 30 days. This sensible compromise solution protects the health, safety, and peace of residents, while still encouraging the STVR businesses in appropriate zones.
